Special School District Meeting—April 9 & 10, 2014
The legal voters of the Town School District of Middletown Springs, in the County of Rutland, State of Vermont, are hereby notified and warned to meet at the Middletown Springs Elementary School in said Town, on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of being provided information and to discuss the Article which will be voted Thursday, April 10, 2014. The informational meeting will be recessed until 7:00 a.m. the following day, April 10, 2014, to the Middletown Springs Firehouse Hall, at which time business of voting by Australian ballot and voting required by law to be by ballot will be transacted upon the following article:
• Article 1: Shall the voters of the Middletown Springs Town School District authorize the school board to expend $2,289,728.34 which is the amount the school board has determined to be necessary for the 2014-2015 fiscal year?
• Article 2: To transact any other lawful business.
Polls open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 7:00 p.m. April 10, 2014.
