Notice to Property Tax Payers

The Board of Listers for Middletown Springs announces that on June 3, 2021 they completed the abstract of property owners as of the first day of April, 2021 and lodged the abstract in the office of the Town Clerk.

A person who feels aggrieved by the action of the listers and desires to be heard by them, shall file with them the objections in writing and must be received (postmarks not accepted) by 6:30 p.m. on June 17, 2021. Once a grievance has been received, the Board of Listers will schedule an appointment to meet with the aggrieved.

On June 17, 2021 from 3:30 – 6:30 p.m. the Board of Listers will be at the Town Office to hear appeals of the taxpayers aggrieved by actions of the Listers. No appeals will be accepted after June 17, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.
