To report an immediate safety issue on a Town Road (any road excepting East & South Streets) call the Town Garage at (802) 235-2024 and leave a message for the highway crew or complete a Service Request form 

To report an immediate safety issue on East Street or South Street (State Roads) call VTrans Rutland District at (802) 786-5826

Use the Service Request form to request road work, to alert us of a road hazard, or to make a complaint. Completed form should be dropped off at the Town Office / Town Garage or emailed to the Road Foreman (middletown.roads@gmail.com) or Town Clerk (middletown@vermontel.net)
