The Town Meeting results are in! All budget items passed for both Town and School. Check out the town’s Elections Information page for all the details. A short recap is below for those who just want the basics. 

The one contested race on the town side resulted in a win for Chris Fenton for a 2-year seat on the Selectboard.

There were no candidates with enough votes to win any of the seats with no candidates. If you are interested in serving in any of those roles, please reach out to the Selectboard. Open positions include Planning Commission, Trustee of Copeland Cemetery Fund, and Trustee of Public Monies (2 seats). The town could use your energy and expertise! 

The one open seat for Wells Springs School District resulted in a win for Kaylie Fowler for the Middletown Springs School Director seat.

Turn out was low in both Middletown Springs and Wells with just 231 voters casting a vote in Middletown Springs and 155 voters in Wells.
