Happy Friday! I heard that there could be some sunshine today... wouldn't that be a treat! 

Did you know that on January 17, 1920 a fire ripped through the "business block" on East Street, destroying one home, the Valley Hotel, the livery stable and the general store, forever changing the south side of the village green. Today Crossman's Store and the Town Office occupy that space.
