Happy Friday! It's Juneteenth, which means the Town Clerk's Office and the Library are Closed today.
We've got a busy weekend on tap - Saturday is the annual Strawberry Jam run and the Summer Reading kickoff event at the Library. Sunday is Father's Day and the Historical Society's famous Strawberry Festival! Yum!
Shout out to all the fathers out there! Thanks for all you do!! We appreciate you.
Did you know that on June 18, 1839 Hezekiah Haynes received a patent for his horse rake? Wonder if anyone has one kicking around in their barn in town. Would be great to see.
