Monday, October 12

Happy Monday! Today is Indigenous Peoples Day, so the Town Clerk's office, the Post Office, and the Library are all closed today. Normal hours resume tomorrow.

Did you know that the Town of Ira was chartered in 1780 on October 12? Middletown was formed a little over 10 years later, carved from pieces of Ira, Tinmouth, Poultney, and Wells.

Hope you have a great week!
